JLI - For All Humankind

For All Humankind

Your Judaism holds a message the world wants to hear. It's time to unlock it.

What creates real human dignity?

Is morality obvious—or does it need a source?

What do we owe our children beyond success?

Can we honestly believe the world is headed somewhere better?

Jois us for this four-part course, as we trace Judaism’s universal message from Abraham to today. We’ll explore how ethical monotheism isn’t just theology—it’s a practical way of seeing every human being as infinitely valuable. We’ll examine whether logic alone can produce morality, why Judaism treats family and education as the engine of ethical life, and how Judaism views history as purposeful progress rather than endless decline.

This is Judaism as an inspiring worldview: hopeful, demanding, and profoundly practical.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of Judaism’s contribution to the world, and a deeper understanding of how your everyday choices fit into a bigger human story.

(No previous Jewish learning necessary.)

01
The Message of Abraham

Our universal message isn't "Be Jewish," so what is it? See how Judaism's universal concern began with Abraham and what ethical monotheism means in practice.

02
Is Morality Obvious?

Can logic create morality? Explore the value of innate human dignity, where it comes from, and the trouble with pinning new sources to a timeless moral principle.

03
Educating Children

Is raising kids all about career-prep? What should we teach our children at school and at home? See the critical purpose that makes family life so central to Judaism's universal morality.

04
It Will Get Better

History is a story of purpose and progress, not endless cycles of doom. See how this makes every moral choice a stepping stone to a harmonious future.
